Business Development Manager - IT Services

Reports to: CEO/MD

We are seeking an  Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

1. Develop and execute business growth strategies for IT services

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in areas such as software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data analytics

3. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and other IT service providers

4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and influencers

6. Create and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to showcase our IT services capabilities

7. Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients

8. Meet and exceed sales targets for IT services

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠looking for fresher for business development in the IT services sector

2.⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data analytics

3.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

4.⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5.⁠ ⁠Strong networking and relationship-building skills

6.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice to Have:

1. BBA, MBA or advanced degree

2. Knowledge of market research tools and techniques

3. Certifications in areas such as ITIL, Agile, or cloud services
