Following a period of rapid growth through acquisition, CubixInsight was looking to achieve enterprise-wide operational efficiencies and alignment. In order to do this, they chose to focus firstly on their customer services, merchant operations, risk, and compliance functions.
CubixInsight’s fast-paced expansion had resulted in a lack of process consistency & standardization across their acquired brands. The numerous manual and non-transparent processes at play were something CubixInsight was keen to address.

Cubix Insight has been working with Gymlyft since November 2020 in 2 key workstreams: Automation Delivery and Mobile Chatbot Migration, supporting the Gymlyft Automation365 team specializing in Cognitive and Robotic Automation.
Automation Delivery – Cubix Insight is working with the Gymlyft Automation365 team to identify, design, build, test, and deploy automated solutions using advanced software technologies. Thus far, Cubix Insight has delivered 28 Automations across various core business functions, aiding Fitness possessors and directors in streamlining their operations, increasing profitability, and enhancing client service.
Mobile ChatBot Migration – Cubix Insight led the migration of chatbots from traditional web platforms to mobile platforms (Android and iOS) for Gymlyft. Additionally, Cubix Insight has implemented an intermediate communication layer to ensure seamless interaction between chatbots and live agents, thereby improving member engagement and retention.
Furthermore, Cubix Insight collaborates with Gymlyft to promote fitness centers on social media and other online platforms, enhancing their visibility and attracting potential clients. By leveraging Gymlyft’s features and Cubix Insight’s expertise, fitness businesses can optimize their operations, increase profitability, and deliver exceptional member experiences, ultimately fostering long-term customer loyalty and retention.
